Returns & Refund Policy

At Mendelssohn Pilot Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our ecommerce shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 28 day return policy for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns must be within 28 days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a return, please fill RMA (return merchandise authorisation) form using this link or contact us at support@gps.co.uk to request a return authorisation. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

For warranty repairs, please fill RMA (return merchandise authorisation) form using this link or contact us at support@gps.co.uk to request a return authorisation. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the item return process.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If the item returned is approved, we will initiate a credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed and show in your account.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@gps.co.uk with a photo of the damage or defect. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a replacement or refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as when it was originally shipped.
