We undertake repair and maintenance of a wide range of avionics and aircraft equipment.


RETURNING ITEMS FOR REPAIR OR EXCHANGE

If you need to return an item to us for credit, repair, update, inspection, or any other matter, please complete the RMA form as necessary.

Please give us as much information as possible, including purchase details for any credit or warranty claim.

Once we have received your unit, you will be contacted after it has been assessed in our workshop.

IMPORTANT:

  • No repairs or returns will be accepted without a Returned Material Authorisation (RMA).
  • Our warranty services are only available for products purchased directly from us. Products not acquired through Mendelssohn Pilot Supplies are not eligible for warranty support.
  • Due to an extremely high workload, we are currently unable to process non-warranty work in a timely manner.
  • We can expedite non-warranty work for an additional AOG charge. Prior to dispatching an urgent repair, we kindly request that you contact us first.
